I want to thank you for your feedback and for the many years of community service you have given to Brisbane. I appreciate your efforts to make the Baylands energy positive, and I believe it is a goal worth pursuing. My position has always been to make the site safe, and then make it sustainable. Alternative energy will play a major role in this development, no matter what plan is finally approved by the City. As we enter the EIR process of the project, the details of what is possible will present themselves. Once we receive this information, Brisbane will be in a stronger position to apply its vision for what will happen in the Baylands. I look forward to working with you, and the rest of the community to create a project we will all be proud of for generations to come.
